Quito Day One--Photos #3

                                          Plaza de la Incependencia, largest plaza in old Quito
 Rebecca buying hand made scarves from Ecuadorian from two hours south of Quito.  They have a very distinctive outfit with the hat.  Beautiful scarves two for $5.

         On the hill is where they worshipped the sun god before Spanish bought them Catholicism.
 Jesuits built the San Francisco church and complex between 1536 and 1580.  Where we had dinner that night and toured the art museum there.
